About Us

Disney Nwanne’s life was tragically cut short due to medical negligence, a painful loss that no family should ever endure. In her memory, we founded Disney Nwanne Foundation, a medical awareness organization dedicated to educating individuals and communities about their rights as patients and advocating for safer, more accountable healthcare practices.

Our mission is to ensure that no patient suffers due to ignorance of their rights or the negligence of healthcare providers. We work tirelessly to raise awareness about the Patients’ Bill of Rights, empowering individuals with the knowledge they need to demand quality care, informed consent, and ethical medical practices.

Through community outreach, digital campaigns, workshops, and collaborations with healthcare professionals, we strive to create a healthcare system that prioritizes patient safety, dignity, and justice. Our advocacy is not just a cause, it is a movement inspired by love, fueled by justice, and driven by the hope that every patient receives the care they deserve.

Join us as we transform pain into purpose and ensure that Disney Nwanne’s legacy leads to lasting change in the healthcare system.
